==Early life==
Kunwer Sachdev was born in a middle-class family on 16 November 1962. He studied in a government school in Punjabi Bagh in Delhi. He was one of the three sons of a section officer in the Indian Railways. His brother started a small business of selling writing instruments, and Sachdev helped him in his business since he was in standard 10.
